The album includes many of the strongest titles from the band's debut album. ”Pandemonium” as well as two covers by Pantera and Sepultura. There is also a ”lost & found” demo from the bands early days titled I'm Gone as well as one live track from their upcoming album Fighters They Bleed (due August 2010). All live material on this album was recorded at The Rock in Copenhagen . at consert on May 23th 2008.
