Ville Kangas' composed forthcoming summer 2007 album "Qwenland" uses fiddles and human voice as melody instruments and combines them with different drums, acoustic bass and keyboards.
Singing is used as an instrumental element without lyrics, except on Kangas' compositions of two Antti Huntus' poems in Finnish.
Ethnic styles take a progressive step towards pop and jazz music. Pop and jazz look the ethnics back with a friendly smile.
"Qwenland" is going to be released via Tutl records.
